Liberté, Égalité, Choucroute est un film franco-germano-italien écrit et réalisé par Jean Yanne, sorti en 1985.
Synopsis
En avril 1789, le commandeur des croyants quitte Bagdad pour Paris afin d'acquérir au Salon de l'équipement de bourreau (le Sicob) une machine à décapiter infaillible, la guillotine, car le pal ne le distrait plus.
S'ensuit une présentation parodique de la Révolution française (les paroles de La Marseillaise sur l'air du Brésilien, Jean Yanne ayant toujours montré un faible pour les séquences musicales) qui verra Louis XVI prendre la fuite pour arriver non pas à Varennes mais à Bagdad.

Sitar player and composer Anoushka Shankar is one of the leading figures in World Music today. She is deeply rooted in Indian classical music, having studied exclusively with her father, the legendary Ravi Shankar, from the age of nine. Thriving as a composer, she has been exploring fertile ground in the crossover between Indian music and a variety of genres including flamenco, electronica, jazz and Western classical music. In her latest album ‘Traveller’ she finds her way into the nuances of modern flamenco through the vivid lens of Hindustani technique. The film features a concert at the Festival de Músiques Religioses I Del Món De Girona on July 3rd, 2011.

'Live In Gdansk' is taken from Gilmour's last gig on his 2006 'On An Island' tour, a show in Gdansk, Poland to celebrate Poland's 1980 revolution. It was notable as being the only show of the tour to contain the song 'A Great Day For Freedom', from Pink Floyd's 1994 album, 'The Division Bell'. 'On An Island' is played here in its entirety, along with a collection of Pink Floyd live staples such as 'Comfortably Numb' and 'Echoes'.
